Some entrepreneurs experienced momentum, clarity, or long-awaited wins. Others carried exhaustion, disappointment, stalled progress, or the quiet weight of burnout that came from doing too much with too little support. And many found themselves somewhere in between.

Black Connect’s Reset Room is a private, invitation-only virtual gathering to hold space for all of those realities.

This is an honest conversation about disappointment, resilience, burnout, and what comes next. It’s a place to acknowledge what didn’t go as planned, name the toll it took, and reflect on what helped us endure—without comparison or performance.

Entrepreneurs who had a strong year are invited to share perspective, lessons, and encouragement—not as examples to measure against, but as peers who understand how fragile progress can be and how quickly burnout can follow success.
