Role Summary:

Assists with member engagement, onboarding, and chapter development to strengthen national participation and community growth.

Responsibilities:

  • • Assist with member onboarding, communications, and renewals.

  • • Support chapter leader onboarding and chapter development.

  • • Track membership engagement and chapter activities.

  • • Develop membership resources and onboarding kits.

  • • Help transition members into new membership portal.

  • work with other roles to optimize member engagement.
