Black Connect’s Small Business Legal Services Program (“SBLS”) is a volunteer program that will serve the needs of the Black business community by providing access to free or low-cost legal services.  Services through SBLS will be available to individuals who hold membership in Black Connect in the Small Business/Entrepreneur category and who own and operate a business that is located within the United States. Qualified members will be able to request legal assistance on many business-related matters.

Free Services include the areas of:

• contract drafting,

• review and negotiation,

• dispute resolution,

• employment law,

• governmental regulations,

• intellectual property (copyright, trademark, and patent),

• business formation,

• and more
