Events Intern

Role Summary:

Supports planning and execution of Black Connect’s national and local events, contributing to logistics, communications, and member engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of national and local in person and virtual events.

• Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and speaker outreach.

• Manage RSVPs, registration lists, and communications.

• Draft run-of-show documents and event briefs.

• Conduct research for venues, partners, and speakers.
